Everyone's a copycat

As a promotion, Bloomingdales offered a free umbrella if you sign up for one of their credit cards. I swear they must have bought 50,000 umbrellas. I'm bringing my free Bloomingdales umbrella to this Elvis Costello show tonight. I wonder how many other people will do the same. Maybe a lot so then we'll all look like a bunch of Bloomingdale copycats. I can only hope.

    oh it's like anything else involving parenthood- try it out and see if it works for you no matter what anyone else thinks of it. there are so many things each of us does as parents a bunch of other people scoff at.

    If it give you freedom go for it! Keep the rcpt in case you don't like it.
