Advent 09

I promise we've been doing advent activities all month. I just haven't blogged it. Here's today's assignment: Make cookies! Eat half and bring another half to a neighbor. i've been watching a neighbor across the street who i've been meaning to say hello to. while dropping the cookies off with the kids,  i found out her little newborn has colic. and she has a 17 month old boy on top of that. and her house is completely under construction. i was there at 7:30 and they still had people working it. it's going to be fabulous when it's all finished, but they are in the thick of it right now. she seemed overwhelmed, so  i offered to pick up her 17 month old boy at 9am tomorrow and have him play at my house but she declined. Anyone have ideas on how i can serve her?
