Today's open houses:

10am: Pleasanton, 3 bd 1bath house, gourmet kitchen (I about cried when I saw it), walking distance to really good elementary school, downtown, and church., washer/dryer, super cute outside $2150, rob's commute would be horrible
First time I fillled out my application and gave $50 for a credit check.

5pm: San Francisco, NOPA, 3 bd 1 bath, hard wood floors, 3rd floor, walking distance to Alamo square and golden gate park, no parking, no washer dryer, love the location, rob's commute would be bad, $2395


I'll tell you how it goes! There are good things about both. It's not as obvious as it looks. Too me at least.
